Indeed there may now not be any B7 ever, as it turns out that the people behind the plan haven’t really got the best interests of the series at heart.
They’ve fallen out with Paul Darrow (Avon), and since he’ll no longer be taking part, it seems unlikely to happen now.
And I hadn’t previously realised that it’s this lot that have put a hold on the BBC’s release of Blakes 7 on DVD. Nice one guys. That’s the way to build a following isn’t it?
Much as I loved the series, I’m now thinking that it should be left alone to stand where it is. Rado plays are fine, as are novels, but I wouldn’t take it further.
