I know some people see this as old news, and it’s certainly true that it’s nothing new, but it’s still the case that DAB isn’t exactly everything that it could be.

I have less issue with the BBC than some of the local commercial multiplexes, which is why it’s important that we get another national multiplex. Some of the “local” stations would migrate across freeing some space and easing the congested bit-rates of others.
