Has anyone else seen those AOL cinema ads voiced by John Hurt? They’re promoting their “discuss” section of their website. There’s an “bad thing” and a “good thing” one (the transcript of which I can’t find). Having been through all the Big Brother aspects of a net connected world, the “good thing” ad tells us, amongst other things, “the internet is a place that’s free of state regulation”, to which one person immediately shouted out “unless you’re in China“.
